2. Placing an Order
By placing an order on caresupplies.com you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the products selected. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email. The contract between us is formed when we send that confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where products are found to be incorrectly priced or described, or where we are unable to fulfil the order for any reason. We will notify you promptly if we are unable to accept your order and will arrange a full refund of any payment taken.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices shown on caresupplies.com are in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices are shown exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT at the applicable UK rate will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering unless a credit account has been agreed in advance. We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
4. Delivery
Delivery timescales and charges are set out in our Delivery Information page. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.
5. Returns and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at cs@caresupplies.com or by post to our registered address within 14 days of receiving your order.
Goods must be returned in their original, unused and undamaged condition and in original packaging within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. The cost of return postage is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty: opened continence products, opened personal care items, and opened infection control consumables. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods.
6. Faulty and Incorrectly Supplied Goods
If goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cs@caresupplies.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange collection and replacement or refund at no cost to you. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
7. Warranty
Products are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Please refer to the product documentation supplied with your goods. Warranty claims must be made directly to us in the first instance and we will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf where required.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the total price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of data or any other losses arising from your use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
